Payroll
If you pay any staff, then your business will need a payroll that accounts for tax and national insurance on their payments. Each tax year end, you’ll need to produce a payroll return that shows these deductions.

As a sole trader you’re not counted as a member of staff, but if you’re a director of a limited company, you do qualify as staff and should be on the payroll – even if you don’t draw a salary.

We can prepare your monthly wages and associated year end returns, and give you advice on all aspects of payrolls.
