Year end accounts
All businesses have to provide year end accounts for the tax man, which must be prepared in accordance with the rules set out by the accounting bodies.

Year end accounts for Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships also need to be prepared in a certain format, with a copy put on public record at Companies House.
