Personal Tax bills are due for electronic submission and clearance of payment by 31st January 2014. Here are the different ways you can pay any tax due:
Over the Christmas Break you should have received a reminder for payment from HMRC with a payslip attached. You may use this payslip to pay over the counter at the bank, but it also details other ways to pay on the reverse.
HMRC have an online payment facility to take debit or credit card payment at www.santanderbillpayment.co.uk/hmrc/scripts/nrpaynow.asp
If you have registered for personal taxes online with HMRC then you log into your account and set up a one off direct debit for HMRC to collect the tax direct from your bank account.
If you use internet or telephone banking then you can set up a payment direct to HMRC
